The hotel offers good-sized and very clean rooms with comfortable beds, in an excellent location close to the city center. Parking charges apply, which is a minor inconvenience. The service is friendly and helpful, with cheery greetings from the staff. The location is convenient for exploring the city and has plenty of activities nearby, but the radiators are outdated. Dining options are varied, with a tasty buffet breakfast. Overall, the facilities are well-equipped, though the rooms could benefit from updated heating.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and comfy, though the immense bathroom caught me by surprise with its size. While the lack of direct sunlight was a downside, the view of the river with passing boats made up for it. The service was top-notch, with a special touch of a birthday surprise delivered to my room. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the stadium, local restaurants, and central attractions. The dining options, while not perfect, offered a decent selection at a reasonable price. Overall, the hotel met all my expectations and provided a great value for the money.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were just as nice, although the shower wasn't working properly, so I had to use the bath instead. They have lovely river views and are really quiet for a city center location. The bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels. The food was very tasty, but the hotel is expensive compared to other accommodations in Norwich.
